Vikramarjuna Vijaya (also known as Pampa Bharata) is indeed written by Pampa, one of the most famous Kannada poets of the 10th century. The epic poem narrates the story of the Mahabharata from a Jain perspective. Ranna was another prominent Kannada poet, Bharavi wrote Sanskrit works, and Raghavanka was a later Kannada poet.
