The Bailey Bridge located between the Dras and Suru rivers in Ladakh is indeed one of the highest bridges in the world, situated at an altitude of approximately 5,602 meters (18,378 feet). It was built by the Indian Army in 1982. The other options refer to other bridges - the second is near Kolkata, third is in Rishikesh, and fourth is the Teesta Bridge in Siliguri, none of which are the highest.
