Bipin Chandra Pal was a prominent Indian freedom fighter, writer, and one of the members of the Lal Bal Pal triumvirate alongside Lala Lajpat Rai and Bal Gangadhar Tilak. The other options - Mohan, Veer, and Bahadur - are not part of his name. He played a key role in the Swadeshi movement.
