Who is known as- Saint of the Gutters

Mother Teresa was called the 'Saint of the Gutters' because she dedicated her life to working with the poorest of the poor in the slums and gutters of Kolkata (Calcutta), India. She founded the Missionaries of Charity and spent over 45 years serving the dying, the destitute, and those society had abandoned, living among them in the most desperate conditions.
