Cytoplasm is the jelly-like fluid that fills both plant and animal cells, holding the organelles in place. Chloroplasts, cell walls, and chlorophyll are structures unique to plant cells and are not found in animal cells. Therefore, cytoplasm is the only structure listed that is common to both cell types.
