The Elephanta Caves are a UNESCO World Heritage Site located on Elephanta Island in Mumbai Harbor. They contain rock-cut temples dedicated to Lord Shunda and are accessible by ferry from Mumbai. The other options are cities in different states - Panaji is in Goa and Kottayam is in Kerala.
