The International Space Station (ISS) is indeed the largest artificial satellite orbiting Earth, with a mass of approximately 420 tonnes and living space equivalent to a six-bedroom house. The other options (Intercosmos Copernicus, Intercosmos Bulgaria, SUNSAT) are either fictional or much smaller satellites.
