“Land Acquisition “is asubject in the Concurrent List presently, If the subject has to be shifted to “State List” or the “Union List”. Following are the necessary Steps in the procedure. Answer the correct ones: i. A constitution amendment Bill needs to be introduced in theRajyaSabha, not the Loksabha. ii. The President Of India must recommend the introduction of bill in the RajyaSabha. iii. Two Thirds of the State Legislatures have to ratify the bill. iv. After such ratification, the President shall accept the bill.
