Tyke is the name of Spike's son in Tom and Jerry cartoons. In several episodes, Tyke gets hiccups, and Tom is mistakenly blamed and beaten by Spike for causing them. Spike is the adult bulldog who is protective of his son. Characters like Butcher and Killer are not names of dogs in the series.
