Barren Island, located in the Andaman Sea, is India's only active volcano. It has erupted multiple times in recent history (notably 1991, 1994-95, 2005-06, 2010-11, 2013, 2016-17, 2018, 2022-23). Ritchie's Archipelago, Sentinel Islands, and Minicoy are geographical locations but not volcanic.
