Three language scripts of Japan?

Japan uses three main writing systems: Hiragana for native Japanese words, Katakana (misspelled as 'katagana' in the option) for foreign loanwords, and Kanji (adopted Chinese characters) for words with Japanese or Chinese roots. Romaji is the Romanization system used to transliterate Japanese into Latin script, not a traditional Japanese writing system. Chinese is a separate language, not a Japanese script.
