Name the country which is also called the 'Sugar Bowl of the World'

Cuba was traditionally known as the Sugar Bowl of the World because it was the world's largest exporter of sugar for much of the 20th century. While Brazil is currently the top producer, the historical sobriquet remains strongly associated with Cuba. Mexico and the West Indies are also producers but do not hold this specific title.
