Strahov Stadium in Prague, Czech Republic, is historically the world's largest stadium by capacity, able to hold around 220,000 spectators. Built in 1926 and expanded in the 1950s-60s, it was used primarily for mass gymnastics events (Slet) and soccer matches. While now largely repurposed, it remains the largest ever built.
