Mosquitoes have an unusual dental structure - females possess 47 sharp teeth (stylets) that form a fascicle for piercing skin and sucking blood. This is not teeth in the mammalian sense but specialized cutting and piercing mouthparts. Male mosquitoes feed on nectar and don't have the same blood-feeding apparatus.
