B Correct answer
Explanation

Kushinagar (also spelled Kushinagar or Kasia) is located in Uttar Pradesh state, specifically in the Kushinagar district. It is one of the four most sacred pilgrimage sites for Buddhists because this is where Gautama Buddha attained Mahaparinirvana (final passing away) in 483 BCE. The other three sacred sites are Lumbini (birth), Bodh Gaya (enlightenment), and Sarnath (first sermon). H.P, A.P, and M.P are incorrect states.
