The right to private property was excluded from the lists of Fundamental Rights by _____ Amendment.

The 44th Constitutional Amendment Act of 1978 removed the right to property from the list of Fundamental Rights (Article 19(1)(f)) and reclassified it as a legal right under Article 300A. This was done to reduce the number of Fundamental Rights and prevent property-related litigation from hampering land reforms. The other amendments listed did not deal with this specific change.
