Who disguised himself as an insurance agent to hoodwink the British during the Indian independence movement?

Subhash Chandra Bose was known for his cunning escapes from British surveillance during the independence movement, including his famous 1941 escape from house arrest in disguise. While he is most famously known for escaping disguised as a Pathan, he used various disguises to evade capture. The other revolutionaries listed, Sukhdev, Bhagat Singh, and Chandrashekhar Azad, did use disguises but the insurance agent disguise is attributed to Bose.
