The Golden Quadrilateral connects India's four major metropolitan cities: Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, and Kolkata, forming a quadrilateral shape. Among these, Mumbai is the only city located on the west coast of India. Chennai (east) and Kolkata (east bay) are on the eastern side, while Delhi is inland.
