'Moi tomak bhal pau' means 'I love you' in Assamese, the official language of Assam in northeast India. Manipuri and Tripurese are also northeastern languages but belong to different language families - Manipuri is Tibeto-Burman while Bengali (Bangla) is Indo-Aryan.
