Plymouth is the capital of Montserrat, a British Overseas Territory in the Caribbean. Although much of Plymouth was destroyed by volcanic eruptions in the 1990s and the de facto capital moved to Brades, Plymouth remains the official capital. Azerbaijan, Lebanon, and Turks and Caicos Islands are all territories/countries with their own distinct capitals.
