Correct answer
Explanation
Devgiri (also known as Devagiri or Daulatabad) was indeed the capital of the Yadava (Seuna) dynasty that ruled parts of Maharashtra. The Yadavas were the last major Hindu dynasty in the region before the Delhi Sultanate conquest. Alauddin Khalji captured Devgiri in 1294 CE and it was later renamed Daulatabad by Muhammad bin Tughlaq when he shifted his capital there.
