In cause-and-effect relationships, 'outcome' (the result or consequence) and 'cause' (the origin or reason) represent opposite ends of the causal chain. While not strictly grammatical antonyms, they are conceptual opposests: an outcome is what happens as a result of a cause. 'Unnatural', 'domicile', and 'none of these' are not related to the semantic opposite of outcome.
