A user issued a connection request which was picked up by the listener on an Oracle Shared Server. The listener provided the user process with the address of an existing dispatcher process. What is the next step in this process?

In Oracle Shared Server architecture, after the listener provides the dispatcher address, the user process connects directly to that dispatcher. The dispatcher then manages the request through request/response queues. The user does NOT connect to a dedicated server (that bypasses shared server) or directly to the SGA monolith. The dispatcher handles the connection.
