Coast Redwoods (Sequoia sempervirens) are the world's tallest trees, reaching heights over 115 meters (377 feet). These giants are found in California and Oregon. Red maple, bunyan (fictional), and Teek (not a recognized tree species) are not the world's tallest trees.
