The Headley family (George Headley, his son Ron Headley, and grandson Dean Headley) is unique in having three generations play Test cricket. George played for the West Indies in the 1930s-50s, Ron also played for West Indies in the 1970s, and Dean played for England in the 1990s. The Chappell and Waugh families had multiple generations but not grandfather-father-grandson, and the Amarnaths had father-son but not three generations.
