How did the fox serve for dinner to his guest?

Once there lived a fox and a crane who were fast friends. The fox sent an invitation to the crane which the crane gladly accepted. He went to the fox’s residence. The fox served a liquid in a flat dish. The guest with its long beak could hardly pick up anything while the host slurped it in no time. Being hungry and disappointed, the crane made up his mind to teach a lesson to the fox. The crane invited fox to dine at his residence. The crane served dinner in a narrow necked jar to the fox. The crane and his long beaked friends finished it easily while the fox could not eat anything as his mouth could not go in the jar. The fox went away being ashamed and hungry. So, one must treat others as one wishes to be treated.
