Since both train and man move in same direction, relative speed = 68 - 8 = 60 km/hr. Converting to m/s: 60 × 1000/3600 = 50/3 m/s. The train must cover its own length (250 m) relative to the man. Time = Distance/Speed = 250 ÷ (50/3) = 250 × 3/50 = 15 seconds. Note: When objects move in same direction, subtract their speeds to get relative speed.
