Kinshasa is the capital of Zaire (now Democratic Republic of Congo). Lubumbashi (misspelled in option D) is the second-largest city. Likasi is a mining town, and Valdez is actually a city in Alaska, not Africa. Zaire was the country's name from 1971-1997.
