One business object may be governed by many policies

In ENOVIA Matrix's policy model, each business object is governed by exactly ONE policy, not multiple. Policies define the lifecycle states, routes, and rules for an object type. A policy can cover many business objects, but the reverse relationship (one object to many policies) violates the fundamental Matrix architecture. This one-to-one relationship ensures consistent state management and prevents policy conflicts.
