When the express train from Bristol to London is thundering towards London, some parts of the train are, at one moment, moving back to Bristol - which ones?

As the train wheels rotate, points at the very bottom of each wheel momentarily move backward relative to the ground before lifting upward again. The small nuts on the wheels experience this backward motion during the brief moment they're in contact with the track. The rails, passengers, and wheel bodies all move forward overall.
