Kavaratti (spelled 'Kawarati' in the option) is the capital of Lakshadweep, a union territory of India. It is located on the island of Kavaratti in the Arabian Sea. The other options are places in Tamil Nadu, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, and Tamil Nadu respectively.
