Dogmatic means being opinionated and inclined to lay down principles as undeniably true, without accepting any other viewpoints. It comes from 'dogma' (a belief or set of beliefs considered authoritative). Unlike 'decisive' (making firm choices), dogmatic people reject debate and insist their beliefs are facts.
