Who died?

Moaning Myrtle died in the Chamber of Secrets when the Basilisk looked at her through its eyes while she was in a bathroom stall. She became a ghost who haunted the girls' bathroom. Crabbe died later in the Room of Fire during Deathly Hallows, Headless Nick is already a ghost, and Voldemort died at the end of Deathly Hallows.
