The Chevrolet Spark was indeed marketed with LPG-Petrol hybrid technology in India. Chevrolet (a General Motors brand) offered the Spark with factory-fitted LPG kits. The Altima is actually a Nissan model, not Chevrolet, and 'Cruz' is a misspelling of the Cruze (which wasn't available as an LPG hybrid).
