The Ganges-Brahmaputra Delta (also called the Bengal Delta) is the world's largest river delta, covering approximately 105,000 square kilometers. It forms where the Ganges and Brahmaputra rivers (and Meghna) converge in Bangladesh and India, creating the most fertile region on Earth.
