Fiat (Fabbrica Italiana Automobili Torino) is an Italian automobile manufacturer founded in Turin in 1899. It is one of Italy's largest industrial companies and a symbol of Italian automotive manufacturing. Japan has Toyota, Honda, Nissan; Germany has Mercedes, BMW, Volkswagen; Korea has Hyundai and Kia - none of these are Fiat.
