Brazil uses multiple time zones (GMT - 2 to -5), but Argentina and the most populous regions of Brazil (including São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro) use GMT - 3, known as Argentina Time and Brasília Time respectively. Both countries observe daylight saving time at times.
