Vancouver is a major port city in western Canada, located in the province of British Columbia. It is consistently ranked among the world's most livable cities and hosted the 2010 Winter Olympics. Spain and the USA are separate countries, and while Vancouver is in North America, it is definitely in Canada, not the United States.
