Zend Avesta is the sacred scripture of Zoroastrianism, the ancient Persian religion followed by Parsis. It contains hymns, prayers, and religious teachings attributed to the prophet Zoroaster (Zarathustra). The Torah is Jewish scripture, the Bible is Christian, and the Gita is Hindu.
