Anthrax, diphtheria, and tetanus are all bacterial diseases caused by specific bacteria (Bacillus anthracis, Corynebacterium diphtheriae, and Clostridium tetani respectively). Hepatitis, however, is primarily a viral disease (inflammation of the liver) caused by hepatitis viruses A, B, C, D, or E, making it the odd one out.
